At Stevenson Signature Kitchens, there is always one goal in mind: your satisfaction.

We want you to be so satisfied with both the process and completion of your remodeling job that you are excited to recommend us to your family and friends for their remodeling needs. At SSK, we want to make the process of your remodeling project as easy as possible. To do this, we work personally with you for the entire project.

Here is what the process will look like:

First, we meet with you for a personal consultation. This meeting is vital for us to understand your ideas for the kitchen, bathroom or basement you have undoubtedly been thinking about for quite some time. This is the time to evaluate different options and get creative to utilize the space you currently have. At this time, we will take measurements, review various samples, and even create some initial conceptual drawings for your project.

Next, we will put together your proposal. We strive to have all decisions made up front, so there are no surprises once the project has begun. Your proposal will include detailed information of each aspect the project. It will also be listed in order of the path of the project, so the proposal turns into a running “checklist”, making the job easier to follow and understand.

Once you accept your proposal, the scheduling of your project begins. Prior to the start of construction, all materials are ordered, and delivery dates are verified.  Once SSK starts construction, there is constant progress. Many other companies start a job, and then take their time to complete it. We have an extensive list of references who will all tell you the same thing: their jobs were started and completed in a time frame far faster than they ever imagined, and with quality that surpassed their expectations.
